A colleague is looking to publish a book on the Sugar Island' campaign of the 1730's and 1740's and rather rashly I said I would have a go at making some of the troops necessary.
Well below we have the first renditions of the Compagnies Franchaise de la Marine and the Naval landing party.
The Marines I have done using dollies form Richard, the landing party are based on the laborers from Jim's Minden/Fife and Drum range.
I intend to do he Marines in Tricorns and to add to the lading party so there's about 25 different figures.
