Loads of British

Thought I'd post some pictures of the growing British. Apart from one Minden figure and one RSM then they're all Crann Tara figures. Most of the standards are from Iain at Flags of War and jolly nice they look to.

The below unit is Fleming's 36th Foot painted by Mark Allen :)

  1. Fantastic stuff Graham! Great army.
One thing though... I think in 1746 Barrel's flag was without the union flag in upper canton. It was just plain blue with the central device. It changed by 1751 to include the union flag in upper canton. Phil ("anorak of the year" when it comes to Culloden!)

Thanks for the comments and the info re Barrel's I shall pass it on to Iain at Flags of War. Any other info on Colonels colours appreciated

  2. Are there more flags coming to the store? I see the 36th have a flag, as do some of the yellow faced regiments.

    1. Rob,
I 'm chasing Iain at Flags of War to do more and he's after info on the Colonel's colours. I've cheated by using some of the standards from the AWI range where suitable.

  3. Also, it's a fantastic collection Graham... it really looks impressive. Now those brits just need some artillery support!
