Even more new stuff

Jim has published photos of the new Hessian figures sculpted by Richard.
I'm pleased to say that as these form part of the Fife and Drum range I will be stocking them.
No dates yet but soon.
As Jim says these are also suitable for Prussians :)

Its good to see Richard back in the chair and details of my next 16 figures have been sent this morning.

Coming soon Savoia Artillery crew

In the post to Griffin today I have sent the greens from John for the Savoia artillery crew.
six figures in total and I van see uses for these as more than just artillery.
With luck I may have a very limited supply at Salute!!

I have also sent my first three Jacobite casualties, these are pieces I've done so I really don't know how they will turn out :) but watch this space.

Dillon Regiment

Steve Allen finished painting the second of my Irish regiments. I collected them at York but I had given him 3 figures too few so I had to paint 3 up to blend in and base.
The flags are by Mark Allen.

The 'at ready' poses are becoming my favorite pose - all standing and they look fine as a marching/advancing unit, this mix is more of a defensive nature but looks good.
Now I also have the two firing figures there's all sorts of combinations to try, I may even have a go at a three rank deep unit :)

11th Dragoons

Finished the second squadron of the 11th dragoons.
although spot the deliberate mistake ?
yup i gave some of them black cartridge boxes for some reason!!! any way will change these this week.
The flag is by GMB .
Half way there for the regiment :)

Off to Chicago shortly so another update upon my return and preparations for Prestonpans show.

Scots Greys /Horse Grenadiers

Finished painting some of the metal masters of the conversions I did to create figures for the Scots Greys, two troopers with slight head variants and one Officer -  without too much effort and depending upon which source you refer to the figures will also be suitable for Horse Grenadiers.

The metal masters have gone off with the French Infantry today for production molds to be made.

New Flags and some conversions.

Iain from Flags of War has just sent me the next batch of Government flags for the '45.
These are conjectural but I think provide a nice change.
They are in the shop as we speak!!!

In addition some figures for the French and Jacobites - with the exception of the kneeling at ready they are all conversions I have completed.
Photo's are a bit naff as I'm trying to come to terms with a camera my son has given me!

With the exception of the Highland Officer they are all going to Griffin this week for production molds.
 The Highland Officer will appear in the shop as I have a small number available, depending on sales and feedback he may make it to production.

Next month I shall send the French Garde cavalry conversions and the British Horse Grenadiers/Scots Greys off for production.
