Jim's Hessians are now available from the web store.
These are sculpted with gaiters and would be useful as early Prussians etc,

New Releases and Austrian artillery in stock

I'm pleased to announce that John's Savoia artillery crew and Cavalry trooper are now in stock - this range is growing steadily and is receiving a lot of support.

In addition I've been carrying on doing a few conversions from Richards figures so I now have a British Dragoon horse holder available and by changing the swords on the Garde Ecosse we now have French Garde Cavalry which could also be used as French Gendarmes.

Finally I have also stocked the Austrian Artillery from Jim's Fife and Drum range together with the fearsome Prussian Brummer.

I am expecting the Fife and Drum Hessians to be in stock over the next 10 days.

Jim had these sculpted with gaiters so whilst suitable for the AWI they are also suitable for early Prussians and other Germanic states of the Seven Years War. You can even use them for the Hessian contingent in the 1745 rebellion.

Starting on the 16^th May there’s a 10% discount on any orders placed for the Hessians just enter Hessians16 when prompted for a coupon, the offer finished on the 27^th.

Still getting ready for the demo game at Newark on the 22nd however thought it was time to see what the French army is starting to look like.

Salute 2016

Well my second year at trading at Salute and another good show ( although i do wish I could be a penny behind Forgeworld where the queue seemed endless and equally the money being spent

But congratulations to the Warlords for another excellent show. More pictures and comments on my Scotia Albion blog. My son came with me and helped greatly even if he didn't always know what he was selling.

It was so good to meet up with quite a few of my regular customers especially those who'd traveled to the show from Spain, Italy, Norway and France.

Salute this weekend and Minden equipment news

well last minute reinforcements are due to arrive from Griffin, so some more last minute packing.
I guess I've blistered close on a thousand packs for this event and even with the best planning and late casting requests a couple of unexpected last minute pre.orders has left a couple of codes low! :( hope no one wants Prussian 12 pounders!
All stock will be in the hall tonight ready for packing into the hire car first thing tomorrow and then hopefully we will be there in time to set up.
Looking forward to meeting those of you who can make it.

Finally Jim has given me permission to stock the new pieces of equipment so when I return from Salute I will be ordering the Brummers and the Austrian artillery.
